Payment Schedule Recap

1. Invoice #1 (Deposit)

  • 50% of total project amount.
  • Due: Upon signing the contract, before work begins.

2. Invoice #2 (Progress)

  • 30% of total project amount.
  • Due: Upon approval of logo concept and visual identity.

3. Invoice #3 (Final Payment)

  • 20% of total project amount.
  • Due: Upon delivery of final assets and Brand Guidelines and before launch support.

Additional Note

  • Revision Process: Each stage includes specific rounds of revisions (take a look at the service plans for more details). Additional revisions can be billed at an hourly rate.
  • Ownership: Once the final payment is made, all deliverables will be transferred to you, and you will own the rights to all brand assets.

Laying the Foundation
In this phase, we will have a discussion in text or call (optional) to help us understand more about your brand, your industry, competitors, etc.
